The Analysis and Nowcasting Verification Impact Lab (ANVIL) is a specialized operational unit established under the authority of the Warren County Emergency Management Agency (WCEMA). ANVIL functions as a branch of the Emergency Management office and exists to enhance real-time situational awareness, decision support, and preparedness through applied weather analysis, nowcasting, and structured training.
