[DARRT4-Members] Certificates Needed

DARRT Members, 

This is just a reminder our office needs your training certificates:

IS-100,200,700,800     (300,400 only if you are required to have)

HazMat Awareness, Ops, Pract, Tech, and Spec. 

Also, please make sure you have a current Workers comp form on file,
contact sheet, and a KCTCS application form. The KCTCS form can be
obtained if you contact me at 781-8776 or e-mail tduvall at wcem.org or
your county director.  This information is very important and needs to
be updated ASAP.
