Everyone it is extremely important you get the second part of your
physical done ASAP. You need to contact Michelle Basham at 651-4797 to
schedule your appointment. She told me this morning if you call this
week she should be able to work you in at anytime. Please make sure you
call and schedule your appointment. Also County Directors it is your
responsibility to make sure everyone in your county knows Michelle
number and that they need to call her ASAP. Thanks
