[DARRT4-Members] DARRT 4 Physicals

Here is the schedule for the physicals for the DARRT 4 Team.  The
physicals are going to be done at TJ Samson Hospital in Glasgow.  Go to
the main entrance of the Hospital and give them your name and tell them
that you are there to get a physical for DARRT 4.  If you cannot make
the appointment assigned to you, you will need to call TJ Samson and
make a new appointment.  
 
Make sure you do not eat or drink anything after midnight before you go
to get your physical.  If there are any questions, contact Tony Richey.
