[DARRT4-Members] Haz-Mat Tech Class

[Brian Geringswald]

Due to a low number of enrollment and state training guidelines, the
Haz-Mat Tech Class will be postponed till a later date.  We are very
sorry for the inconvenience but we must abide by the state guidelines.
The class will be rescheduled at a later date.
