Agenda for Thursday. 
 
Charlie and Gary will be doing presentation on KYEM and local EM
programs. They are to start at 1:00 and extent to at least 2:00 to 2:15.
WE will try and start at 2:30 and wrap up at 3:30. There will be
approximately 75 students in this class so we really need to break them
up into  six groups and rotate every 10-12 minutes. 
Trailers needed:
Glasgow Equipment--Two to explain different types of detection devices,
PPE, Portable Decon ( Andex, Zumero)
Warren Equipment-- Two to explain accountability, Sensor IR, Chemical
identification, portable weather station, resources
Warren Decon--two to explain the concept of decon, operation of trailer,
cascade system.
Command Trailer-- one to explain the communication capability of trailer
and ACU 1000
Rescue Trailer-- one to explain the capabilities of confined space
rescue and equipment.
Mass Causality-- one to explain the equipment and capabilities to assist
in a mass causality.
Light Tower--if enough tow vehicles available
 
There need to be everyone of the DARRT members with ID and vest
signifying there roles. 
 
In case of threatening weather:
Option #1
Move a portion of the equipment inside class room and give verbal
lecture on its function. This would need to be set up in a fifteen
minute break and last for at least 1 hour.
Option #2
Move only a small portion of equipment out of trailer, and have groups
move thru trailers with lectures inside trailers. Therefore if weather
hits, they can be closed up quickly and no equipment gets damaged. There
will need to be 81/2 X 11 posters made to place in front of equipment to
identify, in case their is not enough time to go over everything.
