Hello again.  Our records indicate, the Warranty and 24/7 Reachback
Program for your TravelIR HCI, serial number 7382 will expire on June
13th, 2006. Attached are a letter and Application Note that describe and
lists pricing for our Partnership Programs.

There are several reasons to extend the Partnership Program: 

You are never without a working instrument according to the overnight
loaner agreement. 

All parts and labor are covered under warranty. 

You have continual access to Reachback for technical and analytical
support as documented in the attached Application Note.  This service
can be especially vital during an actual incident.
