[DARRT4-Members] DARRT 4 Layout for DOCJT

On Apr. 6, from 3:00 to 5:00 pm., we will be presenting our team and
it's equipment at the Police Executive Command Course. We have been
asked to do this through the Dept. of Criminal Justice Training. I need
as many members to attend as possible. This will be a huge layout. We
need to start set up not later than 1:45 pm at Barren River State Resort
Park. Please e-mail or call me if you can attend, I need drivers and
station presenters. County Captains need to schedule a truck inspection,
wash and clean up session the week of March 27th.

12:00          Meet and check out equipment at Barren and Warren County
locations
 
12:30          Leave with equipment for Barren River State Resort Park
 
1:45            Start setup
 
3:00 - 3:30    Present short program about the team and it's
capabilities, organize groups for walk through
 
3:30 - 4:50    Station to station walk through
 
4:50 - 5:00    Answer questions
 
5:00            Break down equipment and return
